Why are changes made in the app or web not appearing in the other location?

If you have made changes within the application or on www.openhomepro.com and do not see those changes reflected in the opposite location, be sure to sync the app.

To sync the application follow the steps outlined below.

1. Connect to a data connection, WiFi or Cellular Data

2. Open the application on your iPad or Android Tablet.

3. Tap Settings (on iPad) or the 3 bars in the upper right corner (Android)

4. Tap Sync (you will see the date and time of the last time it was successful.)

After performing the above steps please check for the changes to appear in both locations.
