Exporting Leads with Open Home Pro

This article will explain how to export your leads from your mobile device to your computer.   It is important to note that leads will only be present on your iPad or Android device until they are successfully exported to your laptop or desktop computer.  

To help guarantee a successful export, OHP advises that you make sure you are using the most recent version of the app.  Currently, the most recent version of the app for iPad is version 4.9.2 for Android it is 1.  It is also important to make sure you are exporting on a stable WiFi connection.    

Exporting Leads

You can export leads from either your iPad or your Android device to your Computer.  The process is a little bit different for each, and is outlined below.  In order to keep track of which leads are from which open house.  A recommended best practice is to upload your leads after each open house.

Instructions for iPad 

In order to export your leads successfully, you will need to make sure  that your mail app is configured properly.     

Open the app, click “All” under “Leads” on the left menu. Then click the “Export Leads” button at the top of the screen (this will export them to a .CSV file which will automatically attach to an email)

Send that email to yourself, then login to your email and open the attachment you just sent with Microsoft Excel or Numbers.

Instructions for Android

If you would like to export your leads:

Select the "Leads" tab at the top of the Listing Page. All of your leads should appear on the left. To export, Select "Export Leads" at the bottom of the screen.

 You will be prompted to select which lead's you'd like to export.

You will be prompted to send that email to yourself. 

Login to your email and open the attachment you just sent with Microsoft Excel.
