For customers who are currently on this subscription, this article will outline the features included in your account and where to go for assistance with the tools you have access to.
Custom homepage design
As part of your subscription, you will have the opportunity to work directly with BrandCo on a custom design for the homepage of your site. Think of it as a one time refresh or boost. Our Customer Success team will connect you with BrandCo to get this process started.
Please note that any changes BrandCo makes cannot be adjusted by Placester. If you do wish to make any additional changes to your site design you will need to reach out to BrandCo directly at 407-999-0009.
Your subscription also includes Facebook Advertising Automation. Your Customer Success Manager will coordinate that part of your subscription. They'll capture your target areas so that the Facebook campaigns can be launched should you wish to leverage that feature.
You will need to have a Facebook business account to leverage this feature. Here is where you can create a Facebook Business Page. Just click on "Create a Page" to get started. This account will also allow our team to share listings on Facebook for you.
In addition to the ongoing premium services (such as weekly content posting and sharing of said content on your Facebook business page), Premium subscribers are welcome to send tasks over to our Account Services team. These include:
- Switching themes
- Sending a new image for us to upload into your slideshow
- Sending a new image for us to upload as your headshot
- Featuring new listing(s) on your homepage
- Creating a new IDX page based off of a requested area
- Adding a new page or post based on content you provide
- Adding a testimonial based off of information you provide
Those requests can be sent directly to email@example.com. Our turnaround time is 24-48 business hours/task.
Advanced Account Assistance/Technical Support
As a Premium Plus subscriber, our account services team will likely be handling the majority of the upkeep of your site. That being said, you still have access to the back end of your site and are welcome to edit your content on your own at any time. As part of Premium Plus, you also have access to Advanced Account Assistance (AAA) with our support team. This means you can give our team of experts a call for account guidance and walkthroughs. The support team is also able to send detailed instructions via email.
