This article will go over how to contact your leads while using the Placester mobile app.
Accessing Your Leads
After logging into the app, your most recent leads will appear at the top of the screen. If you would like to view all of your leads, either tap the 'View All' button in the upper right corner of the screen, or tap the Leads icon at the bottom of the screen
Contacting Your Leads
Here you will find all of your leads. You can search for a lead by scrolling though the list or by using the search bar at the top the screen.
You have the option to either contact a lead by email or phone. You will see a phone and mail icon next to each lead in the contact list. If you click on the lead's name, it will bring you to the lead's bio page where you will also see the icons to either call or email the lead.
By tapping on the phone icon to call the lead, a pop up will appear confirming if you would like to call the lead. When you tap to call, your Phone app will appear and it will automatically start calling the lead.
By tapping on the mail app to email the lead, it will open up the Mail app on your iPhone. A blank email form will appear with the lead's email already in place.
Keep in mind, that in order to contact leads via email, you must have the Mail app set up on your iPhone. You can learn more about how to set up your Mail app here.
