This article will show you how to upgrade your Placester mobile app to the Mobile CRM and Advanced App Features.
Having the CRM means being able to manage all of your client and lead information in one place. Taking advantage of Placester's Mobile CRM and Advanced App Features gives you the ability to add, edit, delete, manage, and sync your leads on the go straight from your iPhone while staying on task by creating to-dos and saving notes on leads.
With Mobile and Web CRM, everything that happens on your website is in sync with what happens on the app and vice versa. Push notification are sent to your phone each time you receive a new lead, allowing you to contact a lead instantaneously. The power of Placester is now easily accessible from your iPhone.
Best ways to purchase Mobile CRM:
- If you are a member of Placester's Essential or Premium packages, call 800.728.8391, email firstname.lastname@example.org or contact your Placester Account Manager
- If you are interested in purchasing both the Web CRM and Mobile CRM, call 800.728.8391, email email@example.com or contact your Placester Account Manager
- If you currently have a basic Placester subscription or you do not have a Placester website and you are only interested in the Mobile CRM and Advanced App features, you can purchase this directly through the App for $20/month
Purchasing Mobile CRM through the App:
To purchase the Mobile CRM from within the Placester App, log into the app and click on the Settings icon in the upper left corner.
Select Mobile CRM as shown below.
You will be notified if you already have access to the Mobile CRM. If you do not already have access, you can click on the green button as shown below. This will take you through the process of purchasing an App subscription through iTunes.
If you purchase Mobile CRM via the Placester Sales Team you will be billed by Placester.
If you purchase Mobile CRM via in-app purchase you will be billed by Apple. You will need to manage your Placester Mobile App subscription (including cancellation) on your own via iTunes. Apple provides instructions on how to view, change , or cancel a subscription here.
