This article will show you how to cancel your Placester Mobile App.
If you are currently paying for this app, you will need to cancel your subscription before deleting the app from your mobile device. It's important to note that deleting the app is different from cancelling your subscription.
Cancelling through Placester
If you are on our Essential or Premium subscription or if you purchased the app via a Placester Account Executive or Account Manager, please call 1-800-728-9535 to cancel your Mobile CRM subscription.
Cancelling through App Store
If you purchased the Mobile CRM from within the app, iTunes is in charge of the billing and therefore, the subscription needs to be cancelled through the App store. Apple provides instructions on how to view, change, or cancel a subscription here.
Viewing your Current Subscription
You can view all of your current Placester subscriptions right from your phone. To do this, log into the Placester app and click on the site settings tool shown below, then select Subscriptions.
Here you will be able to see you all of your current Placester subscriptions and when they were created.
Deleting the App from your Phone
If you are currently using the free Mobile App without CRM or you have cancelled your subscription and would like to get rid of the app, you will simply need to delete the app from your mobile device.
1. Locate the app's icon on your phone.
2. Instead of tapping the app to open it up, tap and hold down on the icon for a few seconds.
3. You will notice that all of the icons on the screen will start wiggling and there will be a tiny ‘X’ mark at the top left hand corner of every icon. Press this ‘X’ mark.
4. A pop-up window will appear asking if you want to delete the app. Hit ‘Delete’ and the app will be removed from your iPhone
