Removing a Lead

There might be a lead that ends up in your account that you think is spam or that you have disqualified and would like to remove from your account. This article will show you how to permanently remove a lead from your Placester application. 

Leads Tab

First, go to the app icon, then select "leads" on the dropdown to view all of your current leads.

Removing Leads

To remove a lead, check off the box to the left of the lead's email address. If there are multiple leads you'd like to remove, check off all of the necessary boxes. Then, select Remove from the Bulk Actions drop down. You'll see a screen to confirm the deletion of the lead(s). Click Delete to proceed.
