This article will walk you through the process of submitting a cancellation request for your Placester subscription.
Navigating to Your Account Settings
To navigate to your Account Settings, click on the big blue power button in the top right corner, then click on “My Account”.
Next, click on the “Subscriptions” tab. You will then be able to click on the “Cancel Subscription” option.
After clicking on this link, your subscription will automatically be cancelled.
After clicking on this link, you will be brought to a form where you can submit your cancellation request. A member of our Account Management team will be in touch with you within 1 business day to follow-up and confirm your request.
