Katherine Ramirez Updated by Katherine Ramirez

With the Placester CRM, agents have the ability to route leads from third party real estates sites such as Zillow, Realtor.com, Homes.com, and Trulia. This article will walk you through the different processes for each third party source.

You can learn more about managing your leads in general here.

Zillow/Trulia

In order to route your leads from your Zillow or Trulia account, you must first log into to your Placester account, and click the dropdown in the upper right-hand corner. Then, click on “ Account Setting.”

You will then be brought to your Profile page where you will be able to locate your Account ID. You will need this ID when connecting your Placester account with your Zillow and/or Trulia account.

With your Account ID handy, login to your Zillow account. From there, navigate to your Agent Hub page, where you will click on the “Account” tab, and then “Connect to CRM”. This will pull up the “Connect to My CRM” page, where you will want to click on the “Add Partner” option.
