The article will help you understand and utilize your IDX Manager. 

The IDX manager is where you can view specific information related to your IDX feed. To access this feature, you must first log in to your Placester account then select the IDX manager tab.

The IDX manager provides separate tabs for MLS contracts, My Sites, and Agent Site (for Office builder plan only) categories. This allows the users to easily navigate through the list when searching. This works best for account owners running multiple websites with different IDX integration.

A search bar is also available and the filter button provides additional options to narrow down your search.

MLS Contracts

This is where you will see the list of all MLS contracts in your account. The overview will show you how many sites are connected to a particular MLS and the status of the IDX request. The drop-down arrow on the left allows you to see which website it is connected to. The ellipses button on the right provides the option to terminate the contract, which will disable the listings feed of the selected MLS.

When you click on the drop-down arrow beside the MLS, it will show you the linked site, the number of IDX used, the site owner, and site status. The ellipses button allows the users to view/preview, deactivate/delete, and manage the integrations of the selected site.

My Sites

This tab shows you the list of all websites under your account. Listed are the linked site, the number of IDX used, the site owner, and site status. The ellipses button allows the users to view/preview, deactivate/delete, and manage the integrations of the selected site.

When you click on the drop-down arrow beside the website name, it will show you the connected IDX and its status. The ellipses button on the right provides the option to terminate the contract, which will disable the listings feed of the selected MLS.
