Removing a Lead [Classic]

There might be a lead that ends up in your account that you think is spam or that you have disqualified and would like to remove from your account. This article will show you how to permanently remove a lead from your Placester application. 

Accessing the Leads Tab

Once you logged in to the backend of your Placester website, the CRM tab is located at the top of the dashboard. Click on the CRM tab and you can view all of your current leads.

Removing One Lead

To remove a lead, click on the name of the lead you would like to remove in order to access their lead profile page.

Once there, click the "Delete" tab underneath the lead's photo.


Removing Multiple Leads 

To remove multiple leads, click on the box next to each name to select leads one by one, or click on the box next to "NAME" to highlight all of the leads on the page.  You also have the ability to filter the leads by tags.  After the tags have been selected, the leads can be removed within that section. 

The leads can be removed by scrolling down to the bottom of the page and click the "Delete" button.
