4.0 Removing a Lead [Codeless]

This article will walk you through how to remove a lead. There might be a lead that ends up in your account that you think is spam or that you have disqualified and would like to remove from your account. This article will show you how to permanently remove a lead from your Placester application. 
Accessing the CRM on Mobile

Placester CRM is now mobile-friendly and can be accessed on Mobile devices. Now, it's easier to edit Lead/Contact details anywhere as long as you have your mobile phone with you.

Once you log in on your mobile browser, click the trigram symbol ☰ on your dashboard, click CRM on the drop-down menu and it will bring you to a page where you can view your leads.

Removing One Lead

To remove a lead, click on the three dots on the right of the lead's name and then click delete from the pop-up menu.

A pop-up message asking you to confirm if you want to permanently delete the lead will appear, click the delete button.

Removing Multiple Leads 

To remove multiple leads, click on the box next to each name to select leads one by one, or click on the box next to "NAME" to highlight all of the leads on the page. 

The leads can be removed by clicking Bulk Selection> Delete.

A pop-up message asking you to confirm if you want to permanently delete the leads will appear, click the delete button.

We now display Leads with a Verified Email Address which will help you identify legit and real leads.

Accessing the Leads Tab on the Desktop

First, locate and click the CRM tab from your page to view all of your current leads.

Removing One Lead

To remove a lead, click on the three dots on the right of the lead's name and then click delete from the pop-up menu.

Removing Multiple Leads 

To remove multiple leads, click on the box next to each name to select leads one by one, or click on the box next to "NAME" to highlight all of the leads on the page. 

The leads can be removed by clicking Bulk Selection> Delete.
