Monthly service credit

Placester includes service credits on these plans. Each billing period, agent plans include 20 credits and broker plans include 40. Starter and Advanced include 20 credits for every account. Concierge Custom does not include this credit.

Unused credits do not carry into the next billing period. The balance returns to the amount included on the plan.

The Services page does not show this balance.

Order a service

Select Services in the top menu. Select the Services Marketplace tab.

Select Order on the service you want. Enter the CVV for the card on file, then confirm the purchase. The steps are the same as Ordering a Simple Service or a DIFM Task.

After you order, the service is listed on the Projects tab. Open the project to follow it and to message the person working on it.
