Adding a Note to a Lead [Classic]

This article will show you how to add a note to a lead to keep track of interactions, interest in certain properties or any other important information about the lead.

We understand the importance of leads and keeping track of those leads to your Real Estate business. Gaining and responding to leads is how you grow your business. The ability to add Leads is available on all subscriptions.

 Accessing the CRM on Mobile

Placester CRM is now mobile-friendly and can be accessed on Mobile devices. Now, it's easier to edit Lead/Contact details anywhere as long as you have your mobile phone with you.

Once you log in on your mobile browser, click the trigram symbol ☰ on your dashboard, click CRM on the drop-down menu and it will bring you to a page where you can view your leads.

To add a note, click on the lead's name, and you will see the note section on your lead's profile.

Accessing the Leads Tab

First, in your dashboard click on the CRM tab at the top of the page to view all of your current leads.

Adding a Note

Access the lead details by clicking on a lead's name or email address from the leads panel. Within the lead details page, click on the (+) Add New Notes. Type all of the information you'd like to include in the note, then click Add note.
