The article below will show you how to create a page of testimonials to display on your National Association of REALTORS® Edition Placester site. Your NAR Edition site allows you to have 3 pages total: an about page and a listings search page (both built for you by default), and an optional testimonials page.
Creating a New Page
To execute these changes, follow the provided visual steps below.
The indicated Edit Site link will redirect you to the Site Settings menu:
By default, you will be provided with a testimonials page in your menu.
There will be three default blog entries already entered which you can edit on the back end of the site.
Note: NAR Edition sites allow the three newest testimonials to be featured on the homepage. You can add as many testimonials as you would like on the testimonials page itself like
Now, you'll need to add each testimonial individually. Head on over to the Quick Actions and select the 'Add Testimonials' link. In order to be redirected to the dashboard page, click on the Waffle icon and then click on the "Dashboard" link.
In addition to the testimonial itself, you should include a title, the name of your referrer, their relation to you (i.e. Client), and then choose whether or not to feature the testimonial on your homepage.
You can also add an excerpt and image for each testimonial that will appear when a visitor is previewing the testimonial before clicking through:
Viewing Your Testimonials Page
Click View Live Site from within the Site Details to open your home page. Select your new Testimonials page from the menu to view it live. Here's an example from one of our demo sites.
