What Is Services?

Services is where you get hands-on help from the Placester team. You can order a service, such as a website setup, and then follow the project until it is done.

Open Services

Select Services in the top menu. The My Services page opens on the Projects tab.

  1. Services: Opens My Services from the top menu.
  2. Projects: Lists the services you ordered and where each project is.
  3. Services Marketplace: Shows the services you can order.
  4. Filters: Narrows the project list.

If you have not ordered a service yet, the Projects tab shows BROWSE SERVICE MARKETPLACE. Select it to see what you can order.

Browse the Services Marketplace

Select the Services Marketplace tab. The services are in two categories.

  1. Setups: Shows website setup packages, from finishing touches to a fully custom site.
  2. Simple Services: Shows smaller, single tasks the team can do for you.

Order a service

Scroll down to the service cards. Each card says what the team does and shows the price.

  1. Order Professional Setup: Starts an order for that service.

Every card has its own Order button. When you select it, a window asks you to confirm the payment: enter the CVV of the card on file, then confirm the purchase. To pay with a different card, update your payment method from the same window.

After you order, the service shows on the Projects tab, where you can follow the project.
