  1. Is AI Search the same as AI-SEO / AEO?

    No, AI Search helps visitors search listings on your site, while AI-SEO / AEO assists external AI assistants in understanding and citing your brand. They are complementary features.

  2. Does AI Search search the whole internet?

    No, AI Search only filters your site's IDX listing inventory.

  3. Will every prompt work perfectly?

    AI interprets natural language and maps it to supported filters. Unusual or ambiguous requests may return fewer filters than expected, but visitors can always adjust manually.

  4. Can I turn it off for one site?

    Yes, you can disable it using the Listings Search page toggle in the Customizer.

  5. Why don't I see the button?

    The most common reasons include:

    • Missing account entitlement
    • Feature disabled in Customizer
    • Non-v4 site
    • No approved IDX
  6. Which plans include AI Search?
