Choosing Your Social Automation Templates

Social Automation templates control the visual look of the vertical videos published to Facebook and Instagram.

Open Template selection

Open Content → Social → Settings, then find Template selection.

Template selection in Social settings

  1. Template selection: Choose a post type and select one or more looks.

Choose looks for every post type

Use the list on the left to configure each type separately:

  • Blog
  • New listing
  • Sold listing
  • Active listing

Selecting a post type displays its available looks. A check mark identifies a selected look, and the count beside the post type shows how many are selected.

Select one or more looks

Select a card to add that look. Select an already selected card to remove it. At least one look must remain selected for each post type.

When multiple looks are selected, Social Automation randomly chooses one whenever it creates a video of that type. This adds variety without requiring you to choose a template for every post. Random selection means the same look can be chosen for consecutive posts.

The matching look is used for both Facebook and Instagram, so you do not need to configure each platform separately.

Selections save automatically; there is no separate Save button.

Templates combine the selected look with the colors, font, and logos from your Business Profile.

Brand controls used by Social Automation

  1. Colors: The primary and secondary colors applied to captions, panels, and accents.
  2. Font: The typeface used for on-video text.
  3. Agent / Team logo: Your personal or team logo.
  4. Brokerage logo: Your brokerage logo.

To update these details, open the Brand card in Social settings and follow the link to Business Profile.

If your brand is not configured, Social Automation uses a default Placester look.

The missing-brand notice in Social settings

  1. Set brand on Business Profile: Open Business Profile and add the missing brand details.

Tips for choosing looks

  • Check every post type; choices are stored separately.
  • Choose several looks when you want more visual variety.
  • Keep a single look selected when you want consistent styling.
  • Make sure your logos remain readable with your primary and secondary colors.
  • Return to this page whenever you want to change future videos. Existing published posts do not change.
