Your website shows listings from your MLS feed. In Site Edit you choose which listings appear and in which order. Global filters apply to your whole site. Saved filters in Filters & Featured Listings choose the listings for one module or page, and one of them can be your featured listings. Your changes go into a draft. Visitors see them after you publish.

Open your listings settings

  1. Select Dashboard in the top menu.
  2. On the site card, select EDIT SITE.
  3. In the Site Edit top bar, select Settings.
  4. Select the Site tab, then select Listings.

The Listings settings of the site

  1. Global filters: Narrows the MLS listings on your whole site, and sets their order.
  2. Filters & Featured Listings: Lists your saved filters and your featured listings.

Narrow the listings on your whole site

  2. Filtered: Shows only the listings that match the criteria you add.
  3. Require listing images: Hides listings that have no photos.
  4. Sort by: The listing detail that sets the order of the results.
  5. Results per page: How many listings show on one page of results.
  6. Prioritize by: Shows listings of an agent or office ID first.

  2. Select Add.
  3. Type the value of the criterion.

The list groups the criteria as Location, Agent/Office Info, Property Details, Amenities and Price. To show every listing again, select All.

Show your own listings first

Your listings can come before other listings in the results.

  1. Open Global filters.
  2. In Prioritize by, choose Agent ID or Office ID.

To stop this, choose None.

Feature listings and save filters

  2. Select the Listings tab.

  2. Filter: Opens Filters & Featured Listings.

  2. Edit Featured Listings: Opens the filter to change its title and criteria.
  3. Featured: The filter that is featured now. Select the star to stop featuring it.

With Filtered, only 100 listings that match the criteria show as featured. Select Remove to delete a criterion, or Clear criteria to delete all of them.

Add listings to a page

A Listings module shows listings on any page.

  1. Open the page in Site Edit.
  2. Select Add New, then select Module.
  3. Select Listings.

Publish your changes

Each change goes into your draft. The draft bar at the bottom of Site Edit shows Discard and Publish. Close the open panel, then select Publish to show the changes to visitors, or Discard to undo all of the draft. See Publishing and Discarding Drafts.
