Showing Your Offices on Your Website

Your website can show the offices of your brokerage. You keep the office records in your account. In Site Edit you choose how the offices show: on an office index page that lists them, and on the page of each office. Your Site Edit changes go into a draft. Visitors see them after you publish.

Manage your office records

  1. Select Dashboard in the top menu.
  2. On the site card, select EDIT SITE. Site Edit opens with your homepage.
  3. Select More at the top right.

  1. More: Opens the More menu.
  2. Manage offices: Opens the office records of your brokerage, where you add offices and edit their details.

Create an office index page

An office index page lists your offices. If your site does not have one, create it from Add New.

  1. Select Add New in the top bar. The Add New panel opens on the Pages tab.
  2. To put the new page in your menu, select Add to header menu.

  1. Add to header menu: Also puts the new page in the menu at the top of your site.
  2. Office Index: Creates a page that lists your offices.

Set up the office index page

  1. Select Pages in the top bar.
  2. Find your office index page. Its label is OFFICE INDEX PAGE.

  1. OFFICE INDEX PAGE: Your office index page. Select it to show it in the preview.
  2. Page settings: Opens the settings of the page.

Select Page settings (the gear) next to the page. The settings open on the General tab. Scroll down to the office controls.

  1. Number of offices per page: How many offices show on one page of the list.
  2. Set this page as main: Makes this page the main offices page of your site.
  3. Sort options: The order of the offices on the page.
  4. Enable custom order: Lets you put the offices in your own order.

The Sort options are Alphabetical - Title, Publish date and Random. To use your own order, turn on Enable custom order.

Edit an office page

Each office has a page on your site.

  1. Select Pages in the top bar.
  2. Select Offices in the filter row.

  1. Offices: Shows only the office pages.
  2. Office page: An office page. Select it to open the Edit Office panel.

Select an office page. The Edit Office panel opens. Open the Office Info tab to change the details of the office.

  1. Listings: Turns the listings of the office on or off for its page.
  2. Options: The status, publish date and access of the office page.
  3. Office Info: The contact details and address of the office.
  4. Email: The email address of the office.
  5. Street: The first line of the office address.

The Office Info tab also has MLS ID, Display phone, Optional phone, Website, City, Zip code, State and the social networks of the office. On the Listings tab, Enable office listings shows the listings of the office on its page. On the Options tab, set Status to Published to show the office page on your site.

Publish your changes

Each change goes into your draft. The draft bar at the bottom of Site Edit shows Unpublished changes with Discard and Publish. Close the open panel, then select Publish to show your changes to visitors, or Discard to undo all of the draft.
