Welcome to the AI Listing Search overview! This innovative feature allows your website visitors to find listings using natural language queries. Instead of navigating through dropdown menus, potential buyers can describe their ideal property in plain English—like "3 bed condos in Boston under 900k with a pool"—and receive tailored results instantly.

AI Listing Search enhances your Listings Search page by adding an AI Search button. When clicked, a panel opens for visitors to type their queries. The system interprets these queries, converts them into IDX search filters, and refreshes the search results without requiring manual input.

  • Faster discovery: Complex searches are simplified into one step.
  • Modern experience: Aligns with how people search on other platforms.
  • Still your IDX data: Results are based on your approved MLS feeds.

Visitor Experience

  1. Visitors navigate to the Listings Search page.
  2. They click the AI Search button.
  3. Typing their request, e.g., "Waterfront condos in Falmouth between 500k and 800k with 2+ beds."
  4. They click Apply Filters.
  5. The search form updates, showcasing active filters and refreshed results.
  6. They can further refine their search or switch to manual filters at any time.

As an agent, you can easily customize the AI Search feature using the Customizer. Here’s what you can adjust:

  • Enable/Disable: Show or hide the AI Search feature.
  • Button Placement: Choose where the AI Search button appears on the search form.
  • Button Styling: Customize the button color and style to fit your site’s aesthetic.
