Content Automation is Placester's powerful "set it and forget it" blog engine designed specifically for busy real estate agents like you. With Content Automation, you can keep your website fresh and relevant without the hassle of writing articles yourself. 

It's a standalone add-on that can be purchased on top of any base subscription (Agent or Broker) for a flat monthly fee based on your desired posting cadence. You can pause this add-on at any time directly from your Placester account.

Once configured,  Placester automatically creates localized high-quality blog posts based on your business, the areas you serve and the topics you choose. New articles are generated and published to your website according to your Content Automation plan and publishing schedule.

What Kind of Content Does Content Automation Create?

Content Automation creates real estate blog posts tailored to your business and the topics you select during configuration.

Depending on your selected topics, articles can cover subjects such as local real estate markets, buying and selling homes, homeownership and other topics relevant to your audience.

The content is designed to help you build a useful library of resources for potential and past clients while keeping your website regularly updated with new content.

How Is the Content Personalized to My Business?

Content Automation uses your Business Profile to understand who you are, where you work and the clients you serve.

Your Business Profile includes information such as:

  • Your business name
  • Your operating areas
  • Your business description
  • Your specialties
  • Your target audience
  • Your main website

This information gives Content Automation context when creating your articles, helping make the content more relevant to your business and local market.

We recommend reviewing your Business Profile before configuring Content Automation and updating it whenever important details about your business change.

Where Is My Content Published?

Content Automation publishes new articles directly to the blog on the website selected during configuration.

Once an article has been published, you can open it in the AI Editor if you want to make changes to the content or page.

You can also view previously generated content from your Content Automation dashboard.

How Often Is New Content Published?

How often new content is created depends on your Content Automation plan and publishing settings.

Your Content Automation dashboard shows when the feature last ran and when the next content run is scheduled, so you can easily keep track of upcoming content.

How Do I Access Content Automation?

You can access Content Automation from your Placester dashboard.

From there, you can:

  • Configure Content Automation
  • Review and update your settings
